Elm Alwatania for Engineering & Safety Consultancy (ENSCO) has signed an exclusive strategic partnership agreement with Aero Support Group (ASG), an international consultancy specialising in aviation safety, quality and compliance. Under the agreement, ENSCO becomes ASG’s exclusive commercial and local partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The partnership responds to growing demand for compliance services in the Saudi aviation sector, giving organisations across the industry access to specialised international expertise through a local partner.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ahmed Al-Hadabi, CEO of ENSCO, and Mr. Ferhan Bugay, CEO of Aero Support Group.
Three Service Pillars
Under the partnership, the two companies will deliver services across three pillars:
- Regulatory and operational consulting: readiness support for the ICAO Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP), the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) and the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO). This pillar also covers safety and quality management systems, maintenance organisation requirements, foreign operator authorisations from EASA and the UK Civil Aviation Authority, gap analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Digital compliance solutions: for tracking regulatory requirements, audit readiness and safety performance indicators.
- Training and workshops related to these services.
Who the Partnership Serves
The partnership serves airports, airlines, ground handling service providers, maintenance organisations, air cargo operators and aviation fuel suppliers across the Kingdom.
Knowledge Transfer
The agreement sets the involvement of Saudi talent in project delivery as a stated objective. This supports the development of specialised national capabilities in aviation safety, in line with Saudi Vision 2030’s goals for the sector.
